TalkPlus helps people by giving them the tools to cope with the stressors of day to day life.

They're a friendly service that provides free NHS therapy for people aged 16 and above registered to surgeries in Farnborough, Farnham, Fleet, Aldershot, Church Crookham, Blackwater and Yateley.

Mind are a mental health charity that can help you make choices about treatment, understand your rights or reach out to sources of support.
